Vikram is well-versed in regulatory frameworks relating to foreign direct investments into India, food safety regulations, data privacy, and labor and employment laws, providing day-to-day guidance to his clients/companies. Before founding Aretha Legal, a law firm in 2019, Vikram gained valuable experience working with top-tier law firms in India and Japan. Working with top tier Japanese firm for 5 years, he specialized in M&A, joint ventures, and collaborations in and out bounds between Japan and India.
